It is time to hear from you!

On this entry, throw me a post. I don't care if it is a cool picture, a random thought, an idea for a post you want me to write, or whatever. It can be anything. I would love to hear from anyone who reads this!

Thanks and I look forward to reading your comments. <3

  1. Hello Lauren, sorry, so sorry for lurking so long without a comment. I will have to tell you that I have so looked forward to reading your posts.

I am an avid book reader so I think that might be why that I follow blogs. The dashboard is like placing the blogs in the section of my bookshelf where all my favorite books are that I read so that when I wake up in the morning, I turn on the computer, go to my dashboard and read blogs like books as I drink my morning tea. I only have a few on that shelf, but I can always count on them to give me inspiration that just makes me smile or makes my day one of those kind that I walk out my door and my heart is opened and not closed.

My train of thought, it wonders and bumps on everything. I call it stream of consciousness sometimes so I don't feel so bad about changing subjects in midparagraph.

When I lived in Minnesota, the flower, I think of that represented the stage of my life or just as me, I see marigolds. Not that marigolds are Minnesota but during that time ... hmm, it was the marigold. Than in Atlanta, it was the Rosemary. A beautiful tiny purple bloom on so many fragrant leaves. I must have been grounded and earthly for that. I am not sure what I was with the marigold. But now in Guam, the lotus is the one flower that is here, that has the same vibration as my heart kindof like that and is a part of my life.

I wonder what the flower is for you...

Oh! I have to say, my very favorite article of yours was the one about love. It was so beautiful! If I wanted to reread a chapter in your book, that would be the one that would be highlighted.

    :bows to you:

  2. Aww, thank you for that lovely comment! I wonder what flower I would be too. I live in Michigan, are there specific flowers for that state? How do you know so much about the subject?

Thank you again, I love comments! Keep commenting and if you could, share any blog posts of mine you like with your loved ones. I love my readers and always welcome new ones. :)

  5. I don't know that much about flowers. Just sometimes when I am bored, I read books about them and sometimes experiment and see if I can get them to grow but mostly just admire them in nature.

Marigolds, well, I don't think they are just a MN flower but a flower everywhere. I am not sure which flowers grow in Michigan but maybe you are lilac. You are the only one who can truly say.

Minnesota when I lived there... well I really am not a snow person and the winters were difficult for me. All that snow! Snow that I could walk into and lose the view of my hips. I suppose Michigan is like that too.

After my very first "snow winter," the first flower that popped through all that snow was the dandelion. As I was driving to my apartment, I saw like meadows of these splashes of yellow color and after all that snow, they were so welcomed to my eyes. Someone had to disenchant me and tell me that the dandelion was just a weed but it was just beautiful breaths of light to me. I guess that is why I love the marigold since it was the only yellow that could come close to imitating the dandelion and I could grow it outside my apartment window there and no one would complain about it or call it a weed. So it was my imitation of the dandelion, and the one I truly loved but didn't share that secret with anyone. It was just between me, the dandelion and the marigold. ^^

  6. I love that. Spring is always my favorite time of year because winter seems so long and so cold and spring always comes just when you need some sunshine and flowers. :)
