Weekly Workouts 1/7-1/13

Monday 1/7: Played the Just Sweat part of Just Dance 4 for about 40 minutes.

Tuesday 1/8: Ran on the treadmill for an easy mile, did some kettlebell arm workouts and played Just Dance 3 for 25 minutes.

Wednesday 1/9: Did Zumba for 40 minutes.

Thursday 1/10: Did my yoga dvd for 35 minutes.

Friday 1/11: Played Just Dance for an hour.

Saturday 1/12: Very nice outside today so I ran outside for 1.65 miles. Also played Just Dance with my friend for an hour.

Sunday 1/13: Day off.
