Monday 1/21: Just Dance 2 for an hour and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes later.
Tuesday 1/22: Walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes and played some Wii Sports games.
Wednesday 1/23: Day off.
Thursday 1/24: Ran/walked on the treadmill for a mile then did some crunches and arm exercises with my kettlebell.
Friday 1/25: Day off. Worked out of town.
Saturday 1/26: Didn't work out all weekend.
Sunday 1/27: Gotta get back into the swing of things this upcoming week!
