I've been thinking a lot lately about choices. I've always been a big believer in fate, but also in choices. Each choice you make in life leads you down different paths. Sometimes, whatever choice you make is going to make someone else angry or hurt, but in the end you just have to do what make you happy and what is right for you.

Sometimes these are small choices, like where to eat for dinner, and other times they are larger, like where to work that will help you advance. Sometimes decisions are easier and others take more time; some you make quickly and others have you stalling for answers. The hard thing about choices is that sometimes they affect your future and you just can't see how yet. You have to quickly decide to do this or to do that and hope that everything works out. Sometimes it will and sometimes it won't. That really is the fun and heartbreaking part in life.

But remember, your choices are yours and your future has yet to play out. So choose wisely and know that the future is yours for the making.

  1. As the saying goes "life is full of choices", but it's how you approach these choices and deal with them that makes the difference. There will always be choices that must be made, and your advice of "your choices are yours and your future has yet to play out" is great.

There are obviously times when it's tough to make a choice, which is when I come in. I find media on the internet that helps people boost their emotional wellbeing. I found this video that I think might help out when someone is trying to make a tough choice - it's humorous but will help boost your self-esteem (or at least I think): - Jessica's daily affirmation.

    Hopefully this helps!

  2. That's definitely true, how important it is that we make good choices in our lives. Our futures are in our hands and it's up to us to make the right decisions!

  3. Thanks Pepfly and Natalie...both of you are very true!

Thank you for leaving a comment - they always make my day! Remember, if you wouldn't want me to leave that comment on your blog...please don't leave it on mine. In other words, be nice! :)
